From the world of graphic design, photography, interactive design, and art – a source of stunning, evocative, and inspirational imagery, all found on the information super highway. Put together in an Android App created on the Adobe AIR platform using a 3D scrolling interface to show a random selection of thousands of images to inspire. You can select to view the latest or a random collection, choose different sizes, zoom in and download specific images. I wanted to try and create an app for Android, and see what was possible, I love collecting imagery I come across everyday so I implemented a drag and drop interface to simply drag images onto a page to upload. There are thousands of images which I like to dip in and out of – for a bit of inspiration – hence the ‘random’ toggle. This was all before Pintrest came along!
